Terms and Conditions for VNatureShop App

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VNatureShop mobile application (“App”), provided by AASTHA RETAILERS PVT. LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the VNatureShop app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VNatureShop app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions or policies that apply to specific features of the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Product Information: We make every effort to accurately display product details, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free or complete.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation: All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or fraud prevention.

5. Payment and Billing
When making a purchase through the VNatureShop app, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the transaction, including taxes and shipping costs (if applicable). Ownership: All content and materials in the VNatureShop app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are owned by AASTHA RETAILERS PVT. LTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The VNatureShop app may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or activities of third-party sites. 9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
App Availability: We do not guarantee that the VNatureShop app will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The App may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
No Warranty: The VNatureShop app and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will AASTHA RETAILERS PVT. LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AASTHA RETAILERS PVT. LTD, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the VNatureShop app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the VNatureShop app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App, and any licenses granted to you will terminate.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Gorakhpur Jurisdiction, India.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the App and update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
